Information we collect
When you contact us or request a discovery call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and details about the support you need. Booking information may include your chosen meeting time, time zone, and answers to scheduling questions.
Our hosting and scheduling providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs to operate and protect their services.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential information about other people through the initial inquiry form.
How and why we use information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, understand your request, arrange meetings, and prepare a possible engagement. Where you are considering entering a contract with us personally, this supports steps taken at your request before a contract. Where you represent a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business inquiries and relationships.
We use necessary technical data to operate and protect the website, relying on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Information retained to meet a legal obligation is processed on that basis.
We do not currently offer a newsletter or use inquiry details to enroll you in marketing campaigns. Booking a call does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
Optional recording and AI transcription
With your consent, we may record or transcribe a call and use AI to prepare a summary or action notes. Before doing so, we explain which service will be used, what it will process, and why. Recording and AI transcription are optional: you can choose a call without them.
You may withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We will stop the consent-based processing and delete the affected material unless a specific lawful retention requirement applies. We review AI-generated notes because they may contain errors.
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.
Providers and disclosures
We use Hostinger for website hosting, Calendly for meeting scheduling, and Google’s Gmail service for correspondence at our contact address. These providers process information relevant to their services. We may also use a recording or transcription provider after informing participants and obtaining the required consent.
Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for the stated purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
Calendly also explains its own handling of personal information in its Privacy Notice.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal information to a recipient in such a country, we must use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards.
Retention
For inquiries that do not lead to an engagement, we retain correspondence, booking details, and essential notes for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact.
We delete optional call recordings within 30 days and transcripts within 90 days. Essential summaries may be retained with the inquiry for the period above. If you become a client, relevant records move into the engagement records and are retained according to the contract and applicable legal requirements, with further information supplied as needed.
Where a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention, we limit the retained information and its use accordingly. Technical logs and provider backups have separate retention arrangements; contact us for details applicable to your information.
Cookies and external services
We do not currently plan to use advertising pixels or audience analytics on this website. Hosting, security, and scheduling features may involve cookies or similar technologies. Any technology requiring consent will be explained and offered for your choice before activation.
If you follow a booking link to Calendly, you will also interact with its service and privacy controls.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on it.
Send requests to andrii.baraniuk@gmail.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is necessary, we explain it within that period.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, or another competent supervisory authority.
Updates
We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we provide a separate notice of material changes or request fresh consent.
